Our Treatment Package includes 4 in-depth consults and treatments in the comfort of mama's own home post-birth. This mother-centred support for healing and recovery includes:
- Tradition Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation and acupuncture
- 1 hour 'closing of the bones' massage *side-lying for post-cesarean*
- personalised herbs, moxa + cupping (if needed)
- baths or shower/foot spa (for post-cesarean) in our Recovery Herbal Sitz
- TCM Herbal Teas + Tinctures.
- a home visit from one of our lovely registered midwives (optional) should you want or need any extra support.
While nurturing and healing mama a practitioner cares for baby in the home.

This package is ideal should you already have someone cooking for you and the food side of things covered. See The Golden Package option for this treatment service together with nourishing home-cooked meals and snacks delivered to your door.

When to book?
We recommend booking for around your estimated due date (or just after) to ensure you secure your position as places are limited. If baby arrives early or late, you can just let us know by emailing us at hello@thegoldenmonth.com and we can easily change your start date.
