It is of the up-most importance our freshly prepared meals and snacks are delivered to our customers cold, and so we use a special refrigeration delivery partner in order to do so.

We charge a Special Refrigerated Delivery Fee which is calculated at checkout.

All food will be delivered to the nominated address concealed in individual containers within a box.

Our food is delivered by our refrigeration delivery partner on specific weekdays depending on the service area/location. Please refer to our Service Areas & Delivery Days to see which days of the week we currently deliver to each area.

Delivery days/dates cannot be changed upon request as these are set by our delivery partner and may be subject to change from the time of your initial order.
