A quick nutritious snack for busy mums to help boost energy on-the-go. This delicious cookie mixture is formulated to provide busy mothers with that much needed pick-me-up, and also includes nutrients to support breast milk supply.
To make, simply add wet ingredients listed below. Once baked, they are best kept refrigerated in an air-tight container - preferably labeled ‘Mum’.

Ingredients
Gluten Free Flour^, Ground Flaxseed^, Brewers Yeast^, Vegan Choc-Chips, Baking Soda , Brown Sugar, Salt ^Organic Ingredients
To add
3 Tbs milk of plant milk (+ a little more if mix too dry) 2 Tbs rice bran oil (or coconut oil) 1/4 Tsp pure vanilla essence.
Instructions
Empty dry ingredients into a bowl, stir in wet ingredients and knead with hands to form a dough. While dry at first, keep kneading until it is a dough. Add 1-2 tbsp extra milk of choice if needed. Form into one big ball, then either refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze until the dough is cold. Once the dough is chilled, pre-heat oven to 165°C and roll the mix into balls and place on a greased baking tray, leaving space between cookies for them to spread. Bake for 11 minutes. Let cool on the baking tray 10 minutes before enjoying.
