We always have four menus on rotation for our One Week and One Month Postpartum Meal Packs.
Our menu is always based on TCM + local in-season produce to enable mamas who experience choose our One Month Food Package enjoy a huge variety of meals, snacks and flavours.
While we rotate through these four menus weekly one thing remains constant: It is always food for the heart, mind, body and soul - made to nourish, nurture and replenish.
Our weekly Food Packages are made to feed mama - but can also be used for the whole family.
