Red Lentils, Gou Qi Zi (Chinese Wolf Berry/Goji Berry)*, Da Zao (Red Date)^*, Shan Yao (Chinese Yam)*, Cinnamon*, Curry Powder - Turmeric^*, Stock, Salt, Pepper.

To add: 1/2 butternut pumpkin, 3 carrots, 2 celery sticks and 1 can of coconut cream.
Store in a cool dry place.
Add all ingredients to large pot. Add 6 cups of water and bring to the boil. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours. Add 1 can of coconut cream. Blend in food processor or use a stick blender. Serve warm.
