Fenugreek Seeds^*, Turmeric^*, Salt, Pepper, Vegetable Stock Powder.

1 tbsp ginger (grated), 1 Tbs garlic (crushed), 1/2 bunch spinach, 1 cup methi leaves or fresh basil, 3 carrots (diced) 4 tbsp coconut oil, 8 cups water and 1/2 lime.
Store in a cool dry place.
Melt coconut oil in a large pot. Add carrots, grated ginger, minced garlic and all dry ingredients and fry off for 2 minutes. Add water and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add fresh spinach and methi (or basil leaves). Simmer for a further 10-15 minutes. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime.
