INGREDIENTS TO ADD FOR BASE
- Lactation Chocolate Balls mix
- 4 tbs peanut butter
- 6 tbs maple syrup
- 6tbs coconut oil
INGREDIENTS TO ADD FOR CARAMEL LAYER
- 100ml maple or date syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
INGREDIENTS TO ADD FOR TOP CHOC LAYER
- 1x black vegan dark chocolate
- 2 tbs coconut oil
ADD PACKET INGREDIENTS
LSA^ (Linseed,Sunflower, Almond Meal

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING THE BASE
Add all other ingredients to mixture and mix through.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press the base mix in with your hands until flat and smooth.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING THE CARAMEL
Mix peanut butter and date/maple syrup together until smooth and combined well. Pour on top of base layer and smooth down.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING CHOC LAYER
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave or on a double boiler until melted and shiny.
While still hot, drizzle on top of the caramel layer gently to form a smooth layer without using a spatula.
Pick-up the tray and tap it couple of times flay to the bench to remove any air pockets.
Place int he fridge for 30 minutes to cool. Once cooled, slice into squares and serve.
