If you love oats, spice it up and make it golden with a sprinkle of our Golden Mama Mylk blend. Warming, nourishing, healing and anti-inflammatory.

INGREDIENTS TO ADD

  • 1 tbsp Golden Mama Mylk
  • 1 cup whole oats
  • 1.5-2 cups plant-based mylk or water
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • Optional toppings: chopped banana, berries, tahini, coconut flakes, almonds, sunflowers seeds.

 

PACKET INGREDIENTS

  • Turmeric^*

  • Ginger^*,

  • Cinnamon^*

  • Cardamom Powder^

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all of the porridge ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil. over the stove. Reduce the heat and allow me to simmer for 5 minutes whilst continuously mixing. When the oats are ready, serve in a bowl and garnish with desired toppings.
