This recipe (using our super Soup mix) has lentils for protein, TCM herbs such as red date, goji, turmeric & 'Shan Yao'. Plus loads of veg & they'll never even know.

We often only think of our kids immunity in autumn, but now is the time to prepare for the cooler months & there's always lots of bugs going by around. Strengthen your little T-Rex's immune system before school goes back & meal time that bit easier.

INGREDIENTS TO ADD

  • 1/2 Butternut Pumpkin

  • 3 x Carrots

  • 2 x Celery sticks

  • 1 can of coconut cream

  • 4 cups of pasta of choice

ADD PACKET INGREDIENTS

  • Red Lentils

  • Gou Qi Zi (Chinese Wolf Berry/Goji Berry)*

  • Da Zao (Red Date)^*

  • Shan Yao (Chinese Yam)*

  • Cinnamon*

  • Curry Powder

  • Turmeric^*

  • Stock

  • Salt

  • PepperĀ

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients, except pasta, into large pot. Add 6 cups of water and bring to the boil. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours. Add can of coconut cream. Blend in food processor or use a stick blender.

Cook pasta separately, strain, then add sauce to pasta and stir through.
