INGREDIENTS TO ADD

1/2 Butternut Pumpkin

3 x Carrots

2 x Celery sticks

1 can of coconut cream
- 4 cups of pasta of choice

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients, except pasta, into large pot. Add 6 cups of water and bring to the boil. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours. Add can of coconut cream. Blend in food processor or use a stick blender.
Cook pasta separately, strain, then add sauce to pasta and stir through.
