INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 tbsp of our Lactation Chocolate Balls mix
  • 300ml plant-based milk (coconut or oat)
  • 1/2 tbsp cacao power
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp date syrup or 1-2 pitted medjool dates (optional)
  • 2 tbsp natural coconut yoghurt (optional)
  • cup of ice (optional) if you prefer icy cold, but we try to avoid too much cold as TCM best practice.

 

ADD PACKET INGREDIENTS

  • Oats

  • Raw Cocoa

  • LSA^ (Linseed,Sunflower, Almond Meal

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together until smooth. Decorate the rim of the glass with melted chocolate and crushed peanuts (optional).
