INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 tbsp of our Lactation Chocolate Balls mix
- 300ml plant-based milk (coconut or oat)
- 1/2 tbsp cacao power
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp date syrup or 1-2 pitted medjool dates (optional)
- 2 tbsp natural coconut yoghurt (optional)
- cup of ice (optional) if you prefer icy cold, but we try to avoid too much cold as TCM best practice.
